My friend Neal has a keen observation about my last musing, Thinking and Wondering, on Ps 34.4.

I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Ps 34.4

I wondered if David got the situation solved, thus being released from his fear,

or if the Lord simply removed the fear, while letting the problem remain.

Neal writes: "The greater lesson for me in that passage is: What brought about the freedom from fear? I believe the answer is in verses 1-3: Blessing, magnifying, exalting, praising, boasting in the Lord!"

I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!

I say yes!

I will be intentional about blessing the Lord at all times.

My soul will shout out in exaltation.

I will have His praise always on these here lips.
