To the point

 Alan is 17, a sharp young man. I met him a week ago, for the first time, and we began chatting. The old fashion type of chat, with mouths, not fingertips. 

I asked him about his relationship with Jesus. Sometimes I get right to the point. 

“I was walking carelessly and had an addiction to pornography," Alan shared, "but now I am walking as I should be walking.” 

“What made the difference?” I asked. 

“I went to a camp. You were the speaker. And God turned my life around.” 

I was awed, as I often am. But not particularly impressed. God used a donkey to speak to Balaam. 

And He used a different donkey to speak to Alan. 

And He uses you to help make things like that happen here!
