Sometimes you lose your phone and it’s not a good-doer who finds it. So you have to buy the phone back from the bad Samaritan.

 

That’s redemption, buying back something that was yours in the first place.

 

God had a tracker on his lost phone. Jesus came to make that purchase.

 

[…his beloved Son,] in whom we have redemption.

 

The repurchase of us was so dynamic, as to bring on a deep cleaning.
