Paul prays "so as to" in Col 1:10:

so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord.

Here is the whole kit 'n caboodle (Col 1:9-10):

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him.

Knowing His will and soaking up spiritual wisdom and understanding is going to shape me, it’s going to better my walk with His.

What is even more astounding is, that is something that really interests Jesus. As Paul says, it is:

fully pleasing to him.

Yes, I aim to please.

I want to tune into God’s will

I want to consistently be on the receiving end of spiritual wisdom and understanding.

Holy Spirit, I ask with Paul.
