We were looking at justice and fairness in 2.18-19, in this upside-down lifestyle that makes righteous sense.

Peter rhetorically asks:

What points do you get if you blow it mightily, and then manage to put up with the yuck?

1 Peter 2.20a

But how ‘bout this? When you are walking uprightly and, nevertheless, everything goes wrong, and it seems like everyone comes wickedly against you, and yet you still manage to rejoice, without fighting back, and without badmouthing anyone… ¡God loves it!
