Jesus was traveling north to attract less attention and, seemingly, to not distract from John B’s ministry on the Jordan.


The writer states (Jn 4.4) that Jesus, “had to pass through Samaria.”


I get the feel that the author is not just telling us where the road would take Jesus, but also, where the Spirit of God was taking Him.


He had to go through Samaria… there was ministry waiting for Him there.

There was this certain lady…


I want God to always be involved in my GPS.
