Follow-up on Moses' name

One of my friends facetiously responded to this morning’s “Moses’ name” musing with this:

 

Moses original name may have been:

Shâlak-al-nâhâr (phonetically from the Hebrew),

Which roughly translates as “Thrown in the River”
