The question at hand is, why involve the twelve in the loaves and fish banquet? [Jn 6.10]


We know Jesus did not need them nor their baskets.

Yet he included them so that they might see, firsthand, the miracle.

And not only see, but be part of it.

I see the very same principle at work in the G.C. (Great Commission).

Why involve us?


Because we are so obedient?

Nope.

Because we are so good at it?

Double nope.

Because He wants us to see—up close—God at work.

He wants us to partake in the joy of having a part in it.


We are privileged.
